Door Surround and Pilaster Kit

9 Colors: 001, 002, 008, 023, 028, 034, 078, 117, 123 and paintable (030). Ask about other colors that are available with a 25 unit minimum.
Note: 9" Headers: Flat Panel in standard 128" width and specialty or custom widths over 144" are only available in white (001), bright white (117), white (123), and paintable (030)

Pilaster Kit: J-Channel Back Plate
  • For use with both 6" and 9" Headers
  • Pilaster dimensions: 96" x 6 7/8" x 1 7/8"
  • Accommodates extra tall openings up to 8 ½".

J-Channel back-plate:
  • Provides a flat mounting surface for headers and pilasters when used for new construction.
  • Easy installation. Mount the back-plate, install siding around the back-plate and then attach
  • the header or pilaster.
  • Built-in J-channel.
  • Prevents water penetration.
  • Back-plate is not visible when header or pilaster is installed.
  • Available in white or paintable.
  • Can be ordered in all standard and custom header sizes.
  • Pilaster back-plate is 96" in length and can be cut to desired size.
  • Back-plate must be ordered in addition to the header or pilaster if needed and is shipped separately.
  • J-Channel Back Plate is usually only needed for new construction.
Note: Pilaster Kit, Header Kit are ordered individually to create a full door surround.
