Return Policy
All sales are final; defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Larson Shutter Company's discretion. Products are shipped factory direct from several manufacturing plants located throughout the United States per your sizes and specifications; therefore Larson Shutter Company does not accept returns, refunds or any changes on orders after the order has been submitted to us. However if you do need to make a change we will do our best to make that happen but cannot guarantee it will be possible. At Larson Shutter Company's discretion we may make exceptions to our return policy on some items if they are deemed to be standard restock-able items by us, and it is within 15 days of receipt of product; there will be restock/handling fees associated with such determinations. Items returned to Larson Shutter without a RMA/RGO number will not be accepted and will be returned to you freight collect without any credit given.
IMPORTANT: Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled; they were or are being made for you and are not a stocked item by Larson Shutter Company. Please measure and order carefully when ordering custom products.
OTHER: Our shopping cart system sends a email confirmation when you submit your order, however some ISP's block our emails or it could go into your spam or other filtered mail or any number of other scenarios. Therefore Larson Shutter cannot guarantee you will receive your email confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation please contact us and we will arrange get you a copy of your order or you may be able to log into your account on our web site to reprint or check the status of your order. It is your responsibility to check the order confirmation to make sure you are getting what you wanted, we have no way of knowing if you have entered the correct information on your order or if the products you have chosen will be appropriate for your needs or wants.
Shutter Hardware Returns
Some shutter hardware that we stock may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt of merchandise only if in unused new condition and will incur a restocking fee; please check with Larson Shutter Company to see if your item qualifies for return. Shipping or handling charges and/or our costs for shipping merchandise to you will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any shipping and or packaging charges to return items to Larson Shutter Company. No credit will be given by Larson Shutter Company on returned merchandise that is received back to our facilities damaged or otherwise not resalable by us. Please allow 2-3 weeks after we have received the returned merchandise for credit to appear on your account. A written return authorization number (RMA/RGO) must be obtained from Larson Shutter Company within 15 days of receipt of merchandise, and prior to returning any merchandise. Items returned to Larson Shutter without a RMA/RGO number will not be accepted and will be returned to you freight collect.
Initially Defective Merchandise and Shortages
Any claims for incorrectly made or initially defective merchandise and shortages must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of receipt and before product is altered in any manner or installation is attempted. Larson Shutter Company reserves the right to inspect any alleged incorrectly made or defective merchandise at our facility to verify validity of claim before any repair or replacement is performed; however this policy does not imply automatic replacement or repair by Larson Shutter Company. It is your responsibly to check the merchandise when it is delivered to make sure there are no discrepancies, damage or shortages. A written return authorization number (RMA/RGO) must be obtained from Larson Shutter Company prior to returning any merchandise. Items returned to Larson Shutter Company without a RMA/RGO number will not be accepted by us and will be returned to you freight collect.
